Terms of Service
The rules for using MixSo products, accounts and plugins, and the rights and choices available to you.
Services covered
MixSo is a productivity tools brand. This agreement applies to the website, software and services that explicitly reference it. “MixSo” refers to the provider of those services, which you can contact at support@mixsoai.com.
Quick is a desktop product, Account provides identity and entitlement services, and Open provides developer-facing services. Separate plugin licences, developer agreements and order terms apply within their stated scope. They do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Accounts and security
Some local tools do not require sign-in. Account features require valid access and accurate registration information. Keep your credentials secure and contact support if you suspect unauthorised access. Never give a password or verification code to someone claiming to be support.
Use the services only where you can lawfully agree to the terms, obtaining guardian or organisational authorisation when needed. Signing in does not automatically activate every MixSo service or authorise access to unrelated data.
Plugins and publishers
Before installing a plugin, review its publisher, purpose, permissions and service terms. Official and third-party plugins can have different licences and support arrangements. A listing does not guarantee suitability for every task or permanent availability of every version.
Plugin updates can change features or permissions. Review the update information and save results you need before removing a plugin. Third-party services remain subject to their applicable terms, without excluding responsibilities MixSo must bear under law.
Use and content rights
You retain your rights in the content you process. Obtain permission where needed, including for an employer’s or another person’s content. Any permission to process content for a requested online action is limited to that action and is not a transfer of ownership.
- Do not distribute malware, steal credentials, access data without permission or disrupt services.
- Do not infringe privacy, intellectual property or applicable law.
- Do not bypass access controls or misrepresent a plugin as officially endorsed.
MixSo and plugin authors retain their respective software and branding rights. Open-source components are governed by their licences. These terms do not prohibit interoperability or research that is legally permitted.
AI and external services
AI-generated content, translations and recognition results can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review results before sending, publishing or using them for important decisions. They do not replace qualified medical, legal or financial advice.
An external service may require its own account, licence, API key or payment. Review its rules before connecting. Access to a MixSo product does not automatically include every external service or its charges.
Entitlements and charges
Available features and entitlements are described by the relevant product and your account. A complimentary entitlement applies within its stated scope and duration; it is not cash or a promise of permanently free access. Entitlements do not automatically transfer between products.
If a service involves payment, review the price, billing period, usage limits, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions before ordering. Merely signing in or reading a feature description does not authorise a charge. Auto-renewal requires appropriate notice and authorisation; mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain available.
Updates and availability
Quick and its plugins are updated separately. Features can be affected by the operating system, device, network or an external provider. Back up important files before conversion, replacement or deletion, and save work before restarting for an update.
Security and compatibility maintenance can change or temporarily interrupt a feature. Material changes affecting paid entitlements will be explained with the available options. General update terms do not permit retroactive changes to completed orders.
Stopping use and account closure
You can stop using a tool, uninstall a plugin or request account closure. These are different actions: uninstalling does not automatically cancel a subscription or delete server records. Review entitlements, outstanding orders and data you need before closing an account.
Access may be restricted for a material breach, fraud, a security risk or a legal obligation. Measures must be proportionate. Where safe and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a channel to challenge mistakes. Applicable refund and data-protection rights remain in place.
Responsibility and legal rights
Software and external services cannot be guaranteed to be error-free or continuously available. This does not exempt MixSo from its legal responsibilities or exclude liabilities and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If something goes wrong, retain the version, time, steps and any order reference, without exposing secrets. Contact support for assistance. Disputes are handled under applicable law, respecting mandatory rights available where you live.
Privacy, contact and changes
How information is handled, including Quick statistics and diagnostics, is explained in the Privacy Policy. For questions or complaints, contact support@mixsoai.com and describe the product and outcome you seek.
We will clearly notify material changes before they apply and seek renewed agreement where required. Replacing this page does not cancel existing order rights or mandatory legal protections.
